My name is Joseph, I'm 18 years old and I LOVE film. Film is the industry I want to join once I am finished high school.
From a young age my parents bought us DVD's, and we had quite the collection, however through case switching and lost discs my parents decided we should keep all the discs in a folder other than in their cases, these folders have been lost countless times. Early 2014 I decided I wanted to make my own private collection of movies so that I alone could take responsibility for them.
It occurred to me during a short film course that if I wanted to make great films, I had to know great films and understand why they were great films. So i decided that a good way to practice this was to make this blog, to write short reviews on movies that I buy. I hope as well as giving myself experience I can also offer helpful suggestions to people looking for a new film to watch.
